Day 3 is a Gastropub meal. My second fish meal of the week and ideal as a light lunch or served with added vegetables for an evening meal.

Smoked Haddock Florentine

This meal is only to be cooked in an oven. Preheat oven to 200C/Fan 180C/Gas Mark 6.  Remove the sleeve and film. Place directly on the oven shelf and cook for 30 minutes. The main ingredients in this meal are smoked haddock (31%), potatoes (28%), spinach (2.5%) and cheese sauce.

I found this dish to be very tasty and satisfying for an evening meal with a mixed vegetable accompaniment.
